Cryo-EM maps and models, made while you work.
CryoPilot processes your cryo-EM data in CryoSPARC, builds an atomic model into the map and writes down why it made each choice.
Works while you do other things
Start a session and go back to your own work. CryoPilot runs each CryoSPARC job, checks the result and decides what to do next.
Records every decision
Each step is saved with what CryoPilot looked at and why it made its choice, so you can review the whole run later.
Builds the model too
CryoPilot builds an atomic model into a map you choose, or into the map it just reconstructed.
It keeps working when you stop watching.
CryoPilot queues a job, waits for it, reads the result and chooses the next step. While you teach, meet and write, the processing moves forward.
- You:
Point CryoPilot at your data, give it a short goal and start a session.
CryoPilot: RanReads the goal and plans the first jobs.
- You:
Teach a lab section.
CryoPilot: RecoveredAn import job fails on a bad input. Fixes the input and runs the job again.
- CryoPilot: Decided
Looks at the 2D class averages and keeps the classes that show real particles.
- You:
Group meeting.
- CryoPilot: Decided
Runs two refinement branches side by side and keeps the better map.
- You:
Lunch, then write the grant aims.
CryoPilot: RecoveredA 3D job fails on an invalid setting. Fixes the setting and queues it again.
- CryoPilot: Decided
Tests whether a subset of particles is a separate state. It is not, so it keeps all of them.
- CryoPilot: Decided
Stops refining when another round makes the map worse.
- CryoPilot: Modeled
Builds an atomic model into the new map and checks each residue against the density.
- You:
Read the decision records over coffee.
